FINNEGAN THE SQUIRREL
   Debby Cantion, who plans to release
 Finnegan, the young squirrel, back into
the wild, bottle-fed the infant squirrel
after it was brought to her house.

Her expectant Papillion puppy,            
Mademoiselle Giselle, took an 
instant liking to Finnegan. 		  

   Here we see Finnegan resting
in the nest with Giselle's puppies

 Giselle dragged the squirrel's cage
 to her own bedside before she 
gave birth.
So Cantlon allowed the squirrel out
of the cage and let her bond with
the puppies.		  

     Here's Finnegan snuggling with the pups

 Here we see Finnegan in a puppy mosh pit.  

               Two days after giving birth, Giselle
             encouraged Finnegan to suckle with
             her puppies.

   

Finnegan naps after feeding.  He now mostly
uses the bottle.
