THE EDUCATION EXPO

The Doofuzz Dudes visited the Education Expo at Rose Hill and we saw some fascinating and exciting exhibits.

Among the wonderful things we saw were the Croc Stars - See their page with photos of their performance!
More interesting things we saw will be put up on the website very soon.

However, what we really did enjoy, were  the delicious fruit bars we ate at the Aussie-Snax stand.
They were absolutely yummy! The Doofuzz Dudes love healthy foods, and these bars had nothing bad in
them at all. There were cranberry bars and date and chocolate bars that were sweetened with rice syrup (not sugar). Roslyn J. Motter, who loves sweets, ate heaps!
If you have a sweet tooth these bars are much better than bars sweetened with sugar, as rice syrup burns much more slowly in your bodies. You won't feel hungry for ages after you eat them.
Also, they don't have preservatives, flavours, colours, gluten, wheat or dairy products in them. So that means you can eat more because they're good for you!
