RIDDLE OF SPHINX:

This riddle is over 2000 years old.

What has four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon and three legs at night? Have any idea?

It is man, not a man but mankind. We have fours legs in the morning when we are babies crawling around on all fours, then we grow up and we walk around on two legs, then we grow even older and we have to use a cane or walking stick to help us get around (that’s our third leg!)

CROSSWORD PUZZLE WITH SOME PUZZLES!

Do you know what an anagram is?
Let me tell you. An anagram is a word (or words) made by jumbling around the letters of a given word (or words).

Here are some examples :
An anagram of 'ant' is 'tan'.
An anagram of 'astronomer' is 'moon starer'.
An anagram of 'Britney Spears' is 'Presbyterians'.

In the following crossword puzzle, notice that some of the clues are written in upper-case letters.
For these clues, your answers must be anagrams of the clue words, that are characters/places/sayings/etc from the Doofuzz Dudes' books.
The other clues, not in upper-case letters, are just normal crossword clues.

Good luck!

MATCH  UP  PUZZLE
Can you match up animals with the name of their young? On the grid below, there are 14 animals listed down the left hand side, each with a blob following the name. On the right hand side, there are the 14 names of the young of each of the animals on the left hand side with a blob before the name. To match them up, carefully join the middle of the blobs with a ruler. Some of the lines you draw will pass through a letter of the alphabet. These letters get eliminated. When you have finished, there will be a few letters that have not been passed through by any of the lines. Re-organise these letters to form the name of one of the Doofuzz Dudes.
